IRONINGDon't use tap water in a steam iron because it will fur up the inside. Instead use distilled water ( not the kind you buy from agarage as this usually contains acid). Most hardware shops stock it. Or use defrosted water from the freezer or boiled water from the kettle. ****** For stubborn creases, especially those in a hem - sponge with white vinegar and press with a warm iron the crease should disappear. ****** Dampen dry clothes with water in a plant sprayer before ironing them. ****** |
